Reem Hospital is seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Access Executive to join their team in Opp. to Sorbonne University, 223 Al Shaheed Ali Khalifa Al Mesmari St, Al Reem Island, Tamouh, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the patients from the moment they enter the hospital facility. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Patient Access Executive

• Responsible for patient registration using the HIS “TrakCare” system, appointment confirmation.
• Handling patient complaints, verifying health insurance eligibility, maintaining a well-organized reception area, accurate billing, cash collection, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Welcome and greet patients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Register patients using the HIS “TrakCare” system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confirm patient appointments through effective communication.
• Address and resolve patient complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Verify health insurance eligibility for patients.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area for a positive first impression.
• Ensure accurate billing processes for services rendered.
• Collect cash payments from patients in a secure and confidential manner.
• Perform reconciliation at the end of each shift to maintain financial accuracy.

Requirements for Role of Patient Access Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience with HIS, preferably TrakCare.
