Duties of Medical Receptionist
- As the first point of contact for visitors, play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for the patients and guests.
- Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage administrative tasks and provide general clerical support as needed.
- Registering patients.
- Efficiently distributing incoming mail and managing outbound correspondence.
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Qualifications & Experience
