Responsibilities of Manager Digital Marketing

• Comprehensive management of paid media campaigns, including planning, implementation, optimization and success evaluation.
• Collaborate with various departments to execute omnichannel campaigns to meet business goals.
• Design and implement paid media strategies across social platforms, execute performance campaigns and utilize Google Marketing Platform for campaign delivery and optimization.
• Develop paid media strategies aligned with the company’s goals, negotiate media buys, explore new channels and launch partnerships to enhance visibility.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, assess ROI and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with media agencies and partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
• Set and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team for optimization.

Requirements for Role of Manager Digital Marketing

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid media campaigns across multiple channels, with a track record of success.
• Experience in managing external agencies, vendors and partners, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
