Al Ain Campus is hiring a Lab Supervisor – Al & Robotics Al Ain Campus in Al Ain Campus. This is a full-time position.

A reputable higher education institution in the UAE needs a Lab Instructor for its AI and Robotics program. This full time role involves delivering lab sessions to students. You will teach practical skills, grade assignments, and supervise students during lab work. You will also assist course instructors with preparing course and laboratory materials. In addition, you will conduct tutoring sessions to support student learning. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with faculty. Two years of related experience is preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply. If you enjoy hands on teaching in emerging technologies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities for Lab Supervisor

• Deliver lab sessions for the AI and Robotics program. Teach students how to use relevant software and hardware. Explain concepts clearly and answer student questions.
• Grade student assignments and lab reports. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Supervise students during lab hours to ensure safety and focus.
• Assist course instructors with preparation of course materials. Set up lab equipment before each session. Help develop new lab exercises and projects.
• Participate actively in departmental and college activities. Attend meetings and contribute to program reviews. Perform tasks related to accreditation processes as assigned by management.
• Conduct tutoring sessions to support students who need extra help. Be available for one on one or small group instruction. Finally, collaborate effectively with faculty and college staff.

Qualifications

You need proficiency in oral and written English. Proficiency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is also required. Excellent public relations writing skills are essential. Good command of computer use, especially MS Office programs, is necessary. Strong communication skills and a courteous, people friendly personality are important. You must have the ability to handle multiple assignments. Two years of related experience is preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply.
