Responsibilities of Knowledge Management Officer

• Work directly with key stakeholders (such as EIOPS, staff, product specialist, business etc) to execute the requirements for the knowledge portal in alignment to the governance framework.
• Authoring skill and understanding of business complexity.
• Direct content creation.
• Speed of knowledge activity & deployment.
• Adherence to best practice and compliance, group wide.
• Create and edit articles for all businesses.
• Continuously optimize knowledge for all users, meeting the self service needs.
• Work directly with Quality/Training as well as business to ensure article information is within Bank’s guidelines.
• Help disseminate information about the Bank’s product & processes.
• Maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions and preparation of presentations.
• Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking & evaluation programs / opportunities.
• Analyze understanding gaps and create easy articles for users.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements for the job role of Knowledge Management Officer in Emirates Islamic Bank are as under:

• Associate degree in information management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
