Job purpose of A Kindergarten Teacher

• Facilitate intellectual & social development of the children.
• Teaching in kindergarten includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons.
• Teach children with patience and creativity.
• Kindergarten Teacher duties also include designing a teaching plan.

Job Duties of A Kindergarten Teacher

• Design and follow a complete teaching plan.
• Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills.
• Organize learning material and resources.
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
• Cooperate with administration staff.
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
• Assess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis.
• Perform any other job duty as asked by the school authorities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree with Montessori Training Certificate.
• 2 years experience in same role.

Skills Desired

• E learning knowledge is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer basic is a plus.
