Primary, Prep, & Secondary Schoo is hiring a Instructional Coach – August 2026 Dubai, UAE in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time position.

Taaleem needs a Teaching, Learning and Innovation Lead to coach Primary or Secondary teachers. This full time leadership role focuses on improving teaching practice. As a result, teachers can consistently deliver high quality lessons. You will be a member of the Primary or Secondary Senior Leadership Team. Your job involves coaching all grade teachers. You will also support the Head of Arabic Studies with coaching Arabic and Islamic teachers. In addition, you will model outstanding lessons. You will lead the Innovation Hub and promote social and environmental initiatives. If you have five years of teaching experience and prior leadership responsibility, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities for Instructional Coach

• Coach all grade teachers to improve their classroom practice. Provide regular feedback and support. Help them plan and deliver outstanding lessons.
• Support the Head of Arabic Studies with coaching Arabic and Islamic teachers. Share best practices and teaching strategies. Model outstanding lessons for colleagues to observe
• Attend weekly Middle Leadership Team meetings. Contribute to strategic planning and school development. Lead, co teach, promote, and oversee the Innovation Hu
• Promote and lead social, environmental, and innovation initiatives. Encourage students and staff to engage with sustainability projects. Participate in termly lesson observations and regular learning walk
• Develop a professional development plan for the school. Source appropriate training and external providers. Assist with the induction process for new staff
• Teach up to ten lessons per week as a non homeroom teacher. Finally, perform other duties as directed by the Principal or Head of Primary or Secondary.

Qualifications

You need a bachelor degree with evidence of further study or professional development. A minimum of five years of teaching experience is required. Prior leadership responsibility is also essential. You must be an outstanding teacher with excellent organisational skills. A sound understanding of US Curriculum pedagogy is important. Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills are key. Finally, you must demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and integrity.
