Purpose of A Human Resource Business Partner

• Develop, drive & execute the people agenda and plan within the Nespresso UAE market in alignment with the Regional & Zone Human Resource Business Partners.
• Creates value by ensuring the right talent, organization & capabilities within the Nespresso Team.

Duties of A Human Resource Business Partner

Strategic People Planning

• Execute the people plan within the market.
• Responsible for shaping and executing the HR Plan in Nespresso UAE to support the business plan of the market.
• Understand and deliver people data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs.
• Driving the Markets short term and long term business needs to achieve competitive advantage and create opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Drive Nespresso specific global activities / initiatives in the market, such as Nespresso Culture.
• Sales Incentives scheme for Customer Facing, Recognition program, People Manager Curriculum, Employer Branding, etc.
• Drive flawless execution of Global, Zone & Market HR Initiatives.

Organizational Design & Structure

• Proactively Challenge the established organizational structure of the Market to drive superior performance.
• Manage effective organizational transformation and relevant projects using best practices and methodologies.
• Drive structural cost accordingly to the local needs.

What You Will Do More?

Talent Management

• Ensure the Nespresso Market has the right talent at the right time to drive the achievement of business goals.
• Implement Succession Planning and talent management plans that will support and enable business goals.
• Set a high standard of high performance through goal and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
• Cascade the required tools for people managers to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels.
• Coaches others to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” Principles/policies & Strategies.
• Drive and support end to end talent acquisition for Nespresso customer-facing positions.
• Execute the local D&I agenda, ensuring Nespresso is moving forward on all diversity KPIs.
• Identifying gaps, influencing the leadership team, and having a clear action plan.
• Act as a Change Agent & a Catalyst to drive and lead an inclusive culture.
• Maintain an effective and positive working environment aiming to enable the market & business to deliver and to drive employee engagement.

Manage Employee Relations within the Market 

• To drive and give input on difficult individual employee conflicts and employee relations issues.
• Responsible for Compliance (Legal & Regulatory) In HR Policies and practices.
• Connect externally as the Nespresso Ambassador to gain insights, knowledge and shape the Nespresso UAE People Plan.
• Drive Nespresso wellbeing initiatives and ensure customization for the CF population.

Qualifications & Experience 

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources management / business administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in same role.
• Previous experience in leading a team.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong business acumen.
• Understanding of Organizational design and development and psychology.
• Sound knowledge of UAE employment law.
• Knowledge of HR Market trends.
• Knowledge of communications strategies & tactics, including digital & social media platforms.
• Self directed in projects, tasks and learning.
• Understanding of human behaviors / diversity and team dynamics.
