About the Role

The Guest Service Executive at Burjeel Holdings serves as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests across the healthcare facility, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience at all times. You will work closely with clinical and administrative departments to facilitate smooth patient flow and resolve service-related queries efficiently. Furthermore, this role demands outstanding interpersonal skills, a patient-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment. Moreover, the position is open to both male and female candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in and check-out processes
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to facilitate timely patient flow
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain the reception area to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage phone, email, and in-person communications on behalf of the department
• Support wayfinding, patient escort services, and general facility information requests
• Promote patient satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering personalised service
• Monitor and maintain guest service records and incident logs as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality, business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest services, front desk, or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and a warm, service-oriented personality
• Proficiency in hospital management systems or similar front office software
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare environment
