Job Purpose of A General Assistant
To provide general administration and portering support to the department.
Your Job Duties As A General Assistant At Mediclinic Parkview Hospital Dubai (UAE)
- To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the department.
- To provide patient transport services as well as general running functions to ensure delivery of equipment, documents and supplies where needed.
- Provide relevant patient support services, including inspection of facilities before, during and after patient stay to ensure safety and other related standards are adhered to.
- Perform general reception services for the ward to ensure patients and visitors are well received.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- A Grade 12 certificate.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge and Skills Desired
- Client service and related management principles.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
