Alleanza Group is presently accepting applications for the vacant position of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Dubai. This is a recently published career opportunity by the healthcare group. The incumbent is responsible for providing emergency medical treatment and transportation services to patients in traumas, accidents, cardiac and respiratory emergencies.

Duties of Emergency Medical Technician

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical service to patients.
• Ensure the proper working of life support equipment.
• Ensure high quality patient care.
• Manage and monitor all administration related to cash handling and billing.
• Maintain accurate record of patients.
• Assess patient’s condition and administer emergency medical care.
• In case of any airway obstruction,clear it.
• Assess traumas, injuries and illnesses.
• Must be willing to transport patients to hospital.
• Administer medications on requirement.
• Must be able to perform CPR.
• In case of bleeding, apply bandages to the wounds and control haemorrhage.
• Assist in emergency childbirth.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree holder in Nursing or any related healthcare or pre-hospital healthcare field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience.

Licensure & Certification

• A valid UAE License (DCAS or DOH).
• An updated BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or PHTLS is crucial for this role.

Skills & Abilities

• Outstanding communication skills.
• The ability to work long hours without lowering the quality of care they provide.
• Swift responses.
• Able to work under stress and chaos.
