About the Role
The Clinical Informatics Specialist – Imaging at American Hospital Dubai plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of clinical and administrative services across the hospital. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate departmental functions to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service excellence
- Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures aligned with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth interdepartmental operations
- Prepare accurate reports, data analyses, and recommendations for management review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant UAE healthcare regulations, hospital accreditation standards, and departmental KPIs
- Manage documentation, record-keeping, and data management in accordance with confidentiality and information governance protocols
- Support budget monitoring, procurement coordination, and resource management activities
- Participate in hospital committees, working groups, and quality and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Administration, Business, Health Informatics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare administration, clinical support, or operational management role
- Good working knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hospital information management systems
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic hospital environment
- Experience in data management, operational reporting, and quality improvement processes

Salary & Benefits
