Key Responsibilities for Associate Researcher
Develop and manage original research projects by preparing surveys, setting up fieldwork, and recording outcomes accurately. Work within teams to plan research projects and monitor progress, including organizing meetings and documenting每一步进展. Ensure proper ethical regulations are followed and deliver timely progress reports. Collect data, analyze and interpret results, conduct policy mapping, and extract policy recommendations for a range of research reports and academic publications. Contribute to generating policy recommendations and write clear policy briefs. Provide guidance to academic staff such as researchers and faculty, and assist students as needed. Prepare funding proposals and help secure research funding. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Present your research findings at internal and external conferences, seminars, and other events. Contribute to academic and executive education by helping develop content and delivering sessions. Finally, assist with content development for post graduate programs and make positive contributions to your professional field.
Qualifications
You need a bachelor degree with at least two years of relevant experience in a related field, or a master degree with one year of relevant experience. Your background should include one to two years of hands on research experience.
