About the Role
The Accountant at Dubai Autism Center will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, records, and reports with accuracy and compliance. Furthermore, the role involves preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements for the organization. Moreover, the successful candidate will coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities while supporting internal financial policies. This position reports to the finance department and plays a key role in the center’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions, records, and reports accurately
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Process payroll, employee benefits, and expense reimbursements
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions
- Maintain and update accounting software and financial databases
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for cost efficiency
- Support internal financial policies and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, VAT, and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial database management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
