Talent & Performance Executive BFL Group Dubai

The Talent and Performance Executive at BFL Group in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE role will be involved in implementing, monitoring and measuring the performance management framework. This will include conducting performance analysis, optimizing processes, providing actionable insights, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role aims to run and conclude the group’s performance cycles, over corporate, retail and warehouse roles in UAE & International. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Talent & Performance Executive

  • Regularly monitoring the KPI’s & Performance metrics, providing timely and accurate complete reports to stakeholders to track progress and ensuring completion within deadline.
  • Running and concluding the group’s performance cycles over Corporate, Retail & Warehouse roles in both UAE & International locations under supervision of Talent and Performance Manager
  • Design, implement and manage the group’s performance management to ensure cascading of business goals and Key Performance Indicators across the organization.
  • Set plans on employee development programs and chart down a development plan for them in discussion with the managers.
  • Execute and implement a plan for placing employees on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) due to performance deficiencies and keep track of the process for check-ins.
  • Work in liaison with the key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and employees’ tasks and actions by implementing a process for tracking progress from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end-of-year evaluations.
  • Ensure timely release of the required Performance communication to the employees.
  • Coordinate performance related trainings programs by sending calendar invites and ensuring that the majority of employees attend the training.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, information decks etc. to keep stakeholders updated.
  • Understanding and exposure to Assessment/Development centers.
  • Benchmark market trends particularly related to Performance and Talent Development to ensure relevance & competitiveness of internal programs and policies.
  • Co-ordinate with the stakeholders for the, manage and monitor the design, implementation, and effective use of 360-degree feedback process.

Requirements for Role of Talent & Performance Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of related working experience in performance management & Talent Development.
  • Retail experience is preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge and understanding of people management theories/principles
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools that support Performance Management processes/activities; Management of 360-degree feedback processes in a multi-cultural, complex business environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Expert in MS-Excel, Power Point and Performance related software applications.
  • Familiarity with region’s labor rules and regulations.
