An exciting opportunity has been announced by Beside Group for the job role of System Analyst in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining current systems and carrying out regular reviews of how well they are supporting the organization. Responsibilities of System Analyst

• Master Data management in ERP.
• Develop business modules using AL/CAL code structure.
• Identify and fix errors, bugs and programmatical mistakes in production environment to ensure smooth flow of business processes.
• Fine tune current processes in system specially on LS retail side to ensure smooth functioning of POS.
• Technical migration and data migration from Navision/Business Central’s older version’s to latest version.
• Develop new customizations and process changes in Dynamics 365 BC/LS Retail.
• Integrate with third party solutions using APIs & web services.
• Support HO and Retails stores End Users on Dynamics 365 BC and LS Retail/Central activities.
• Creating New Companies and Stores.
• Creating and defining workflow in system.
• Implement and support Loyalty in LS Retail.
• Ensure 100% uptime of D365 BC services to all the users.
• Ensuring data security in D365 BC by implementing user permissions and field level security.

SQL Administration

• Design queries to extract the data for analysis purposes.
• Create SSIS packages.
• SQL Server performance tuning.
• Dynamics 365 BC Data archival.

Others

• Handle other team members’ task during their leave period.
• Helping other team members in their daily tasks.

Requirements for Role of System Analyst

• Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• 2+ years of experience in programming/system analysis in software development projects.
