Salesforce Developer Emirates Transport Dubai

Emirates Transport is looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their IT team in Dubai. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 8000 AED to 18000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of A Salesforce Developer

• Building and customizing Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Developing custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs or middleware.
• Performing data migrations and ensuring data quality within Salesforce.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to identify requirements and develop solutions.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, including but not limited to databases, social, marketing, and real-time analytic dashboards.
• Providing technical guidance and support to end-users and administrators.
• Past full administrative and development responsibility for a Salesforce Org.
• Strong ability to work with data: understanding of data structures and data modeling, SOQL, SQL, data import/export/migration, reporting, and visualization.
• Must be able to work in a pressure environment and can perform.
• Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products via custom system configuration, supporting third-party integration, and managing Salesforce objects, workflows, etc.
• Working Apex knowledge equivalent of SFDC Platform Developer I certification.
• Support existing customer deployments based on need and priority.
• Actively make system-level changes based on a predefined scope.
• Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements.
• Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations.
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
• Understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Understanding of modeling techniques, such as unified modeling language, etc.
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Salesforce Developer are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related IT or Business Development Management.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, Community, Custom Development, Analytical Studio Salesforce, Dashboards, and Marketing Clouds.
• Strong experience across software development lifecycle from architecting solution designs, front-end development, application development, testing and quality assurance, deployment, through to application support.
• Experience in Creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Must have experience & detailed knowledge of working in Source code versioning (example: integration with GitHub).

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Solid knowledge and understanding of Salesforce processes, and systems.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Must have conceptual experience in Digitization & Optimization to contribute to the organization technically.
• Must be willing & able to work in any other platform, language, or technology when required by the organization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
