Duties of Sales Engineer Controls Aftermarket

• Concentrate on selling Life Cycle Management solutions i.e. Systems Upgrades, Replacement, Retrofits, Controls Optimization Solution and Annual Maintenance Contracts, thereby growing their attached rate and retaining Client base and strengthen the relations with your accounts.
• As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
• Chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating the value proposition of your solution to address your Client’s problems.
• Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding of competitor’s strategies, products and services.
• Focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your accounts growth.
• Managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time management skills.
• Perform any other sales related task as asked by higher authorities.

Job Requirements For Role of Sales Engineer Controls Aftermarket

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / instrumentation.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in BMS and Controls sales.
• Experience in Service sales in controls is preferred.
• UAE driving license is must.
• Experience in designing and reviewing technical solutions and advise customers on technical approach.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge about Controls Optimization and Energy Solutions.
• Fluent language skills in English.
• Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.
• Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market.
