A Multinational Engineering Technology Company is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager – Aviation Security – Managing Clients (Airports) across GCC region, based in UAE. The primary function of the successful candidate would be to implement Strategic Sales plan to expand the company’s presence & customer base in the GCC region.

About the Role

• Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to address and expand the company’s presence and customer base.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Key stakeholders and clients in the aviation sector.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and generating leads.
• Negotiating contracts to successful closure of contract with customers.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset with other departments with in the organization.

Requirements of Regional Sales Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or ICT.
• Experienced Sales Manager with at least 5+ years experience in business development, sales and solution design in the area of airport security in GCC region.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Domain knowledge in ICT, security systems, passenger processing, border control, Master system integration and complementary airport systems such as PA, Intercom, passenger tracking and active and passive network knowledge.
• Self-Starter with strong leadership experience and skills.
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
