As a Pastry Chef you are responsible to take care of the daily pastry preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.

Responsibilities of Pastry Chef

  • Plan and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts.
  • Develop new recipes and innovative pastry creations.
  • Decorate pastries with precision and artistic flair.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of pastry products.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and supervise pastry staff as required.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other chefs for menu planning.

Requirements of Pastry Chef

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification.
  • Proven experience of less than 1 year in a similar role.
