Responsibilities of Knowledge Management Officer
- Work directly with key stakeholders (such as EIOPS, staff, product specialist, business etc) to execute the requirements for the knowledge portal in alignment to the governance framework.
- Authoring skill and understanding of business complexity.
- Direct content creation.
- Speed of knowledge activity & deployment.
- Adherence to best practice and compliance, group wide.
- Create and edit articles for all businesses.
- Continuously optimize knowledge for all users, meeting the self service needs.
- Work directly with Quality/Training as well as business to ensure article information is within Bank’s guidelines.
- Help disseminate information about the Bank’s product & processes.
- Maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions and preparation of presentations.
- Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking & evaluation programs / opportunities.
- Analyze understanding gaps and create easy articles for users.
Eligibility Requirements
The requirements for the job role of Knowledge Management Officer in Emirates Islamic Bank are as under:
- Associate degree in information management, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
