Responsibilities of Workshop Service Advisor
- Clearly communicate service options, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide regular updates.

- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and duration.
- Develop a basic understanding of vehicle systems and service requirements.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to convey customer concerns and service requirements.
- Suggest additional services or maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
- Generate service reports for customer reference and internal use.
- Perform any other service support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.
Qualifications of Workshop Service Advisor
- High school.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership, service center, or workshop.
