Job Purpose of A Website Technology Manager

• Oversees the technical aspects of a website, ensuring its functionality, performance and security, while also managing a team of professionals responsible for web development and maintenance.
• Ensure the website operates effectively and aligns with the organization’s goals and user expectations.

Job Duties of A Technology Manager

• Responsible for the complete management of Atlantis.com, AquaventureWorld.com and F&B microsites from a CMS, third party solution integration and development roadmap perspective.
• Manage the website development road map to support business growth and manage the sprint planning and website deployment process – UAT, STG and go live.
• Be the CMS subject matter expert in the business and msnage the Atlantis booking engines from a technical standpoint.
• Implementation & configuration of online personalisation program and website tagging from a reporting / marketing performance / Google Analytics perspective – GTM container, pixel, and script management, whilst also owning front end development of website components to match business requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals committed to produce world class visual content across a diverse range of styles & brands.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web development or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in an enterprise level CMS role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good in speaking English. Arabic will be a plus.
• Strong presentation skills to engage internal audiences.
