Warehouse Supervisor BFL Group Dubai

BFL Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining high stock accuracy and leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve exceptional results. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-8000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensure 100% order picking against received orders, meeting customer expectations.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy in terms of quantity and quality control (QC).
• Ensure the team adheres to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with inventory, stores, and warehouse teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.

Requirements for Role of Warehouse Supervisor

• High School/ Diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management software and systems.
