Job Description

Logistics Coordinator at BFL Group will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of shipments and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. Candidate is liable to manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month

Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator

  • Liaise with the supplier/s regarding cargo pick-up/loading, monitoring of shipment until the same is received at the designated warehouse.
  • Coordinate with the freight forwarders regarding vessel arrival and other custom matters.
  • Prepare documentation for customs clearance.
  • Communicate with the freight forwarders regarding vessel arrival and other custom matters.
  • Coordinate with the transport provider on urgent deliveries and other matters that require their services.
  • Send report for container deliveries import/export, discrepancies goods receipt against PO etc.
  • Maintain all necessary and essential record or files for imports and export transactions.
  • Provide information to the Warehouse, Buyer, Accounts and other Department regarding transactions import/export transactions if the need arises.

Requirements for Role of Logistics Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or similar domain.

  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
