Responsibilities of Urology Nurse

• Assist the Urologist Doctor during patient examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients undergoing urological treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Perform medical tasks under the supervision and guidance of the Urologist Doctor.
• Assist in educating patients and families about urological conditions and treatments.

Role Requirements

Following is the eligibility criteria for the position of Urology Nurse Assistant at Novomed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid DHA Nursing license.
• Proven experience in a urology department or similar setting is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of urological procedures, terminology, and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
