Responsibilities of Telesales Executive

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including Telecalls, Google Earth and social media, Linkedin.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients for follow up on daily basis, for Lighting Retrofit Projects.
  • Client Outreach: Assist in drafting and sending introductory emails, making cold calls and arranging meetings to establish initial contact with potential clients.
  • Tailor communication to effectively convey company’s value proposition.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Engineering team to create compelling proposals and presentations for client meetings.
  • Ensure that proposals align with company’s goals and offerings.
  • Misc: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling.
  • Gather information about customer needs, preferences and contact details.
  • Acquire in depth knowledge of the products or services being offered to effectively answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate and upto date records of customer interactions, transactions and details.

Qualification & Experience

The eligibility requirements for the role of Telesales Executive are as under:-

  • Engineering graduate (electrical or any related field).
  • 1 year of experience in similar role.
  • Candidate must be based in UAE & available to join immediately
  • Candidate must be a good Arabic speaker.
