Technical Trainer Automotive Al Masaood UAE

Technical Trainer (Automotive) at Al Masaood will be responsible to implement and deliver employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, soft-skills development, technical training, or e-learning.

Responsibilities of Technical Trainer Automotive

• Conducts in-house technical training to technicians, quality controller, team leader and service advisor as per the requirements by the workshop.
• Conducts technical training (N-STEP) to technicians, quality controller, team leader and service advisor.
• Cascades necessary information to all concerned staff concerning trainings attended (e.g. New Model Train the Trainor training to NMEF).
• Conducts technical training to fleet companies as per established requirements.
• Provides assistance in handling Skills Contest activities (preparation, elimination round, exams, etc.).
• Supports the Technical Training Manager analyzing the staff’s training needs.
• Undertake additional responsibility as required.

Requirements for Role of Technical Trainer Automotive

• A bachelor’s degree in Automotive Maintenance and Repair.
• 2-4 years in a related field/role.
• Arabic Speaker.

• Knowledge of current learning and development methods.
• Proven ability to work independently and with others.
• Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
• MS Office advanced skills.
