Job Description

Al Masaood (Automotive Division) is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Value Added Services Supervisor in Dubai. The Job holder will be responsible to oversee and coordinate activities of employees engaged in polishing and tinting of vehicles, ensuring that quality is continuously being improved and resources are maximized.

Responsibilities of Value Added Services Supervisor

  • Responsible for the VAS operations ensuring output is of high quality and meet all related Key Performance Indicators (Sold Hours, NPS, Productivity & efficiency).
  • Responsible for achieving targeted penetration through all internal channels.
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with VAS Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Department for a smooth & continuous purchasing process.
  • Consistently supervise and monitor the technicians’ performance, assuring high efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitors the quality and quantity of work done, time taken, attitude at work, as well as adherence to 5S.
  • Coordinate with HR department for hiring new employees and familiarize each employee with company policies and individual responsibilities.
  • Select suitable technicians for training programs, monitor their skills and capabilities and periodically review training requirements.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand VAS business by adding new services and enlarging the operational team.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and projects.

Requirements for Role of Value Added Services Supervisor

  • Professional certification.
  • 8 to 10 years experienced in a related field/role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Able to follow and provide instructions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with others.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
