Responsibilities of Teacher

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Develop and implement instructional strategies that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth and achievement.
Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well being.
Utilize technology and other resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices.
Contribute to the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, committees, and events.

Requirements of Teacher

Bachelors degree in relavant subject.
Experience of 1-2 years of working with diverse student populations and adapting instruction to meet individual needs.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Demonstrated expertise in the subject area(s) being taught.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
