Deliver engaging and well structured Islamic Studies lessons aligned with the school curriculum
Promote values, ethics, and cultural understanding in line with educational standards and community expectations
Work closely with fellow teachers to plan lessons that support student learning and achievement
Maintain effective communication with parents to support student progress and wellbeing
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners including students with varying abilities
Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Encourage positive behaviour, respect, and participation in classroom activities
Candidates must hold a bachelor degree in Islamic Studies or a related subject along with a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent. A minimum of one to two years teaching experience is required. Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
