Responsibilities of A Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing applicants, initial screening, assisting with the interview process and providing feedback, whilst keeping engaged with the applicant throughout.
• Working alongside the Human Resources Team, this role will adhere to UAE labour law and local regulations governing the employment process.
• Manage multiple vacancies at one time.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies which might also include overseeing contract agreements.

Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

The eligibility requirements for role of Talent Acquisition Specialist are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition with experience working within the UAE Market.
• Experience working in a complex role with a broad base of cultures.
