Responsibilities of A Onboarding Specialist

• Report directly to the Head of Compliance, ensuring all new clients are onboarded correctly to confirm a seamless and efficient experience from beginning to end.
• This role will oversee the complete onboarding process for new clients, encompassing KYC/AML checks, account opening as well as product training.
• This Specialist will also ensure swift and accurate responses, acting as the primary contact for new clients, while seamlessly coordinating with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
•  Recognise and escalate any potential issues during the onboarding process whilst keeping precise records and documentation of client exchanges.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Onboarding Specialist are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in client onboarding or similar within financial services.
• Experience with CRM software, world check or similar platforms is advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• As a Onboarding Specialist you must have strong knowledge of DFSA KYC/AML regulations and requirements.
• Exeellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
