Talabat is currently looking for the Talent Acquisition Manager (6 Months Contract) who will be responsible for leading and managing their recruitment team to attract and acquire top talent for various roles within the organization across 8 countries. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment life cycle, and ensure the timely fulfillment of staffing needs across Logistics and Food Services departments.. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 12000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and achievement of recruitment goals.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a diverse range of roles within the Logistics.
  • Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with key business partners to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a plan on how to effectively recruit for positions within your area of responsibility.
  • Implement recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisitionnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Plan and gather information for quarterly review meetings with key stakeholders that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements.
  • Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Talent Acquisition Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in huma resources or related field.
  • You should have experience in managing a TA function of 4+ people.
