Supervisory Role in Marina Operations at Emaar to co-ordinate the Rally Programme operations and finances, to be first point of contact for both Yacht Clubs and to ensure that the Members are assisted with any Membership requirements and complaints. Maintains an exceptional level of customer service and relations to marina customers and boat owners, to improve department profitability and efficiency. Taking a pro-active role in the planning & execution and follow up of the marina’s rally and events.

Requirements for Supervisory Role in Marina Operations

• An associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Certification from The Yacht Harbor Association (e.g., IMM or higher) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a marina or related maritime setting.
• Experience in supervising a team, with a focus on fostering teamwork and cooperation among staff members.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Language Skills: Proficiency in a second language, notably Arabic or French, is desirable.
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial statements such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements, and competence in managing transactions including cash, bank transfers, and cheques.
• Organizational Competency: Skilled in organizing and managing customer information effectively.
