Mubadala UAE (Mubadala Investment Company) presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for job role of a Specialist Workforce Planning. The aspiring candidate will be required to work at Human Capital Business Unit at Mubadala Headquarters Abu Dhabi. This job role is on the contract basis (1 year contract). Job Purpose of A Specialist Workforce Planning

  • Responsible for enabling the development and execution of the workforce planning of the company (Abu Dhabi and International Offices).
  • Conducting the development of the annual manpower budgeting plans in line with the business plan cycle and administrating the implementation of the workforce planning operations.
  • Periodically monitor & report on manpower activities and cost including budget variances.

Job Duties of A Specialist Workforce Planning

  • Develop and maintain the workforce planning guidelines, authority matrix and related material.
  • Conduct relevant analysis and recommend actions to improve assumptions, approach, process etc.
  • Facilitate the process of developing annual workforce plans from start to end during the annual business cycle.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure timely completion of their workforce plans and provide support and advice.
  • Manage the workforce planning operations, administer the daily application of workforce, ensure adherence to guidelines and authority matrix and provides required endorsements.
  • Ensure accurate and upto date tracking of workforce related financial data, signal variances and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment of budget and actual costs.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting tools to support leaders with data driven decision making.
  • Identify workforce planning metrics to monitor effectiveness of plan execution.
  • Monitor the workforce planning system and suggest enhancements as required.
  • Support in the definition & implementation of the strategic workforce planning.
  • Provide insights to enable leadership to monitor and anticipate potential needs, through analysis and reports on current and projected manpower, trends and forecast.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Human resources management, business administration or equivalent.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in Workforce Planning with a strong financial and compensation background.
  • Experience in a large scale organization with complex business operations.
  • Experience working across various industries and international geographic locations.
