Novomed is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join their dynamic team at 312 King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St, Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidate will be passionate about social media, possess a deep understanding of TikTok and Snapchat platforms and have a proven track record of driving engagement and increasing audience satisfaction. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Social Media Coordinator

• Sustain an Engaging Audience Experience: Develop and implement strategies to maintain a high level of engagement on TikTok and Snapchat platforms. Ensuring an enjoyable audience experience.
• Research and Analyze Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, analyze social media ad revenue. And interpret web visitor data to enhance social media presence and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various departments within the company to align social media strategies with the overall brand objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Research Target Audience and Trends: Conduct in depth research to understand their target audience, identify current trends & leverage this knowledge to create compelling content.
• Create Engaging Content: Develop creative & high-quality text, video & image content tailored for TikTok and Snapchat to captivate & resonate with their audience.
• Develop Optimal Posting Schedule: Establish and maintain an optimal posting schedule based on audience behavior. And platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Public Speaking on Social Media Channels: Represent the brand through public speaking engagements on social media platforms. To enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements for Role of Social Media Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience managing social media accounts for brands, showcasing successful engagement and audience growth.
• Prior experience in public speaking or hosting live sessions on social media platforms is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
