Job Description

The Shawarma Specialist at Galadari Brothers Group will be responsible to prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.

Duties of Shawarma Specialist

  • Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
  • Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.
  • To expertly prepare, assemble, and serve delicious shawarma dishes, ensuring high quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Shawarma Specialist are as under:

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 2 years experience in Shawarma cutting and preparation.
  • Flexibility to work in any location in UAE.
