Currently Al Naboodah Automobiles is seeking a qualified candidate for the job role of Service Advisor in Dubai, UAE. Purpose of Service Advisor

At Al Naboodah Automobiles UAE (Dubai), the job purpose of a Service Advisor is to be the Customer Champion and deliver exceptional customer service as the face of Al Nabooda Automobiles by exceeding Customer Expectations in balance with Commercial Requirements. The Automotive Service Advisor will provide the customer interface with the workshop, ensuring the communication flow is accurate and timely. He will accurately invoice for all work completed and provide initial diagnoses of vehicle faults. The Automotive Service Advisor will also up-sell additional services and products to customers, increasing the profitability of the service centre.

Accountabilities of Service Advisor

  • Take details of vehicle history and faults, provide the customer with an estimate of time and cost, and on completion of work.
  • Ensure the customer understands all work carried out and deals with any concerns or complaints.
  • Check Invoices, ensure Accuracy, and explain to the customers any Additional costs and Warranty information.
  • Pro-actively communicate with customers if there’s a need of Additional work, and explain safety, cost, and time impacts.

What you’ll do

  • Understand the Customer’s ongoing vehicle requirements and use these to the benefit of the sales and service elements of the business.
  • Up-sell Additional services and products to customers to increase the Profitability of the service centre.
  • Plan all jobs effectively to optimize workshop utilization and offer additional services to customers when the workshop is not working to capacity.
  • Open job cards ( standard and warranty), Coordinate with Team Leaders from the workshop. Ensure that information is accurate and identify any special requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer information to aid in product recalls and marketing campaigns.
  • Observe all Guidelines, Instructions, and Conditions laid down by the law, the authorities, and the manufacturer with regard to customer advice.

Qualification & Experience

  • Higher Secondary or higher. (The Academic certificate must be attested by the UAE Embassy.)
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in the same position.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Automobile Knowledge.
  • Can speak and write in English.
  • Effective Communication Skills.
