Flydubai is actively accepting applications from suitably qualified candidate for role of a Senior Officer Marketing. The incumbent will manage the development and delivery of project requirements as outlined by internal and external stakeholders. Initiates new project briefs, manages the development and delivery through the Content & Graphics Unit’s resources.

Responsibilities of Senior Officer Marketing

• Works closely with Project Managers and oversees the Marketing Officers in the delivery of projects, tasks, and the development of marketing material, offering support and advice when required.
• Oversees the Marketing Officers for large or time sensitive projects.
• Supports the Content & Graphics Unit (CGU) in the quick turnaround of routine tasks, ensuring the CGU and suppliers work to the agreed timelines and delivery schedules.
• Acts as the department focal point for all marketing processes, forms and procedures, encouraging their routine use and assisting colleagues when required, as a ‘super-user’.
• Creates timelines for approval, tracks projects and tasks from initial briefing through to delivery and implementation. Required to highlight any changes to timeline or observed risks to project at the earliest opportunity.
• Coordinates and monitors printers and other external suppliers, ensuring on time and on budget delivery. Required to manage the print production of materials and distribution.
• Monitors the Quality Control (QC) systems and procedures in the department, ensuring the Marketing Officers and CGU is consistently working to set QC processes and that the work of the department complies with brand guidelines and meets the objectives of the brief.
• Works with internal departments and stakeholders in the preparation, development and implementation of routine tasks.
• Uses the Oracle system to raise Purchase Requisitions and ensure the timely delivery of Purchase Orders to suppliers adhering to Procurement processes.
• Ensures management has visibility of all projects and tasks by managing status updates for the team of Marketing Officers, including next steps and responsibilities.
• Provides support and cover for the department in coordinating and scheduling workflow through the resource pool.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility requirements for role of Senior Officer Marketing are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years  of experience (with Relevant Degree).
