Etisalat is currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate for the position of Senior Manager Segment Marketing in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for managing segment P&L end-to-end, deliver yearly targets, be the internal & external expert for the segment, bringing external best practice from global market leaders& tailoring for the UAE market to maximize segment Revenue from full customer life cycle (IBRO) and focus to drive deep insight into the segment to increase Etisalat’s share of wallet.
Job Duties of Senior Manager Segment Marketing
- Comprehensive Understanding of Mobile Products/Services: Gain in-depth knowledge of mobile products and services.
- Take full ownership of managing segment P&L, ensuring the achievement of annual targets.
- Identify and adapt external best practices from global markets to tailor them for the UAE market, aiming to maximize segment revenue throughout the customer journey.
- Lead the development of customer propositions, driven by insights and customer journeys, across relevant product categories, encompassing both Telco and non-Telco services.
- Design a concise roadmap for short and medium-term propositions, ensuring effective prioritization across the business for designated products.
- Assume complete responsibility for the go-to-market strategy, encompassing channel management and brand experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet acquisition targets across various products, segments, and channels.
- Work in tandem with CVM and NBA teams to design and execute BTL campaigns, with the goal of maximizing the share of wallet through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with Marcom team to design and distribute ATL & BTL materials through relevant channels, optimizing the reach to target segments.
- Contribute to the annual budget planning process and participate in reforecasting activities as needed.
- Lead the design of end-to-end customer propositions, driven by insights and customer journeys, across product categories where relevant, for both Telco & non-Telco services
- Design short & medium term Proposition Roadmap, ensuring prioritization across the business for designated products.
- Owns and leads the marketing initiatives calendar for the segment, with a full go-to-market responsibility including channel steering and brand experience – main interfaces include the external market (eg. Partners), sales, regions, brand and marcomms, CVM, Customer contact centre).
- Leads cross-sell and up-sell activities taking into account needs of specific customer segments.
- Guiding the target and incentive setting process; monitoring, reporting and suggesting ways to improve acquisition quality.
- Developing and running tactical promotional campaigns as needed.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years Telecom experience in Product Marketing and Business Development.
