Duties of A Marketing Manager
- Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services, including advertising, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Supervise and lead a marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain and strengthen the organization’s brand image and identity in the marketplace.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, and social media content.
- Manage online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and influencers to gain positive media coverage and endorsements.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotions to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback systems.
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Marketing Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preffered.
- Previous experience in marketing or related roles, with a minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, and at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
