Honeywell is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for job role of a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will work closely with sales, strategic marketing, product marketing, global PSS marketing teams, and shared business resources within Safety and Productivity Solutions, will be closely involved in driving Go to Market Strategies targeting industry verticals, strategic end customers and channel community to fuel growth strategy and AOP for Productivity Solutions and Services within MENA.

Duties of Channel Marketing Director

  • Drive the go to market strategy and annual marketing plans for Honeywell`s Productivity Solutions and Services portfolio.
  • Plans must drive pipeline contribution, followed by margin and revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute effective campaigns across to relevant end customer and industry segments.
  • Align strategic marketing, product marketing and sales teams to create and measure innovative effective promotions a quarterly marketing plan with maximum business impact.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving customer relations, through effective communications, C-suite events, thought leadership focused branding and digital initiatives for demand generation.
  • Manage and track the allocated marketing budget effectively.
  • Interface closely with product managers, account managers, and strategic marketing to communicate and understand product positioning and competitive landscape to strengthen HON market awareness to strategic end customers.
  • Analyze, calculate, and evaluate business data, including channel sales revenue, forecasts, program ROI, pricing and new product launch success.
  • Own the marketing calendar for PSS MENA.
  • Drive digital nurture and social media programs for PSS MENA.
  • End to End delivery of events, including coordinating between sales & marketing to ensure full alignment on objectives, strategy, delivery, and post event plan.
  • Evaluate post event results to drive continuous improvement in the future events strategy.
  • Work closely with sales teams to effectively manage and measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation and ROI (MQL-SQL-Pipeline-Order).

What You’ll Do More?

  • Ensure VOC (voice of customer) excellence and communication to the business as required for product development, competitive intelligence, pricing etc.
  • Drive demand generation via Digital and social media campaigns.
  • Liaison with suppliers, agencies & event organizers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and align this with strategic marketing plans to increase market share.
  • Drive monthly meetings with Sales to track MQL status and conversion.
  • Align sales and marketing to discuss quarterly field marketing activities.
  • Be a key contributor to the annual strategic planning process for your region.
  • Have regular, planned meetings with customers and attend regional Honeywell and relevant industry events.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or technology or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in strategic end customer marketing, channel marketing, and product marketing in a B2B environment.
  • MBA Preferred.
  • Mastery of marketing technology tools specifically SFDC and Marketo.
