Job Description

Chalhoub Group is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Senior Associate Loyalty in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Associate Loyalty

  • Handling Level 1 escalation on operational queries across the business to meet customers satisfaction and business goal.
  • Monitoring and validating from escalations on operations performance of both internal service providers and external service providers.
  • Preparing monthly report on operations requests and identifying way of working to improve current processes.
  • Handling support requests, communicating offer briefs and queries appropriately in relation to initiatives driven by other streamlines, system access, as well as offers/benefits tagging for data analytics.
  • Supporting on regular data checkup and brand data accuracy.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Defining and put in place processes and procedures to improve daily programme operations and continue to share updates where it is applicable.
  • Identifying operational efficiencies, automation requirements and new ways of working.
  • Maintaining System Training deck and conducting training when and if required within the group.
  • Assisting with UAT scenarios and piloting system enhancement and new projects when assigned.
  • Handling Operations requests such as Points Adjustments, Tier Changes, Enrollments for VIPs and Events, Customers Tagging.
  • Monitoring and coordinating on Service Tickets and operations requests from internal and external team.

Requirements for Role of Senior Associate Loyalty

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing Loyalty Operations.
  • Proven experience in operation process design and management.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills, highly collaborative in nature Comfortable. working across different time zones and territories.
  • MS Office – especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-lingual – fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Approachable attitude, agile and can-do attitude to be part of a new department.
