Senior Associate Partnerships at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end process of deal closure and execution. This position is essential for ensuring that their partnerships are effectively implemented both in-store and online, maximizing sales opportunities. Candidate will focus on flawless execution to support brands in customer acquisition, retention, and increasing basket size. Additionally, will accelerate new deal closures by streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Senior Associate Partnerships
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through effective communication, detailed reporting, and proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of trust and teamwork focused on the organization’s broader objectives.
- Stay updated on current and upcoming projects, ensuring all developments are tracked and managed effectively.
- Liaise with Chalhoub University to integrate partnerships into the training manual.
- Work closely with Legal and other internal departments to ensure proper drafting and execution of contracts.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports (e.g., actual vs. budget, quarterly forecasts) to analyze sales revenue for each deal, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop presentation decks tailored to client specifications, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize sales and enhance overall performance.
- Share clear and consistent communications with participating brands.
- Oversee the process, timeline, and implementation of deals, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently.
Requirements for Role of Senior Associate Partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing contracts.
