Duties Of Senior Analyst Business Transformation

  • Lead 5-year Business Planning activities, Technical Assumptions, Shutdown & TAR finalization, Variable cost estimation, production plan validation, management engagement.
  • Devise the strategic objectives of Operations Group and ensure the integration of devised objectives with Operations Performance Initiatives.
  • Manage operations performance score Card, Support planning and actual performance reporting of L1 KPIs related to Operations and L2 / L3 operations score card.
  • Monitor operations performance, identify gaps & opportunities, develop action plans for ensuring continuous improvement cycle.
  • Performance Reporting, Daily Performance Reports, Monthly, BAC/ BOD and engage AR Management and shareholders.
  • Manage operations business process, integrated Management System, Operations Audits.
  • Lead the Solomon benchmarking studies, development of gap closure program and coordination for the effective implementation.
  • Drive operations digital transformation • Manage Operations Business Agreements, ensure compliance and coordination.
  • Develop & lead Operations transformational strategies, drive change management activities for major improvement programs and monitor implementation across the operations.

Requirements For Senior Analyst Business Transformation

The eligibility requirements for the role of Senior Analyst Business Transformation are as under:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in the same or similar role developing 5 years Business Plans, aligning the shutdown plans, managing operations budgets.
  • Experience in leading Business Planning activities, Technical Assumptions, Shutdown & TAR finalization, Variable cost estimation, production plan validation, management engagement.
  • Relevant professional certification in business planning.
