Mubadala Health is in search of suitably qualified and capable candidates for the job position of a Senior Analyst Business Intelligence. This position requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Job Purpose of A Senior Analyst Business Intelligence

• Driving data-driven decision-making and enabling strategic insights within the organization.
• Responsible for gathering, analysing, and visualizing complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations that directly impact business performance and growth. Working with data structures and architecture for the contact center systems and databases,
• linking data sources across network HIS (Health Information System) systems and producing BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards.In addition to performing regular data hygiene and security check on all produced dashboards and contact center infrastructure.

• Developing data models, cubes, and visualizations using BI tools empowers stakeholders to explore data and gain insights independently.
• Robust and scalable BI solutions ensure the availability of accurate and secure data for analysis, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Data Environment Organization

• Collaborating with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders ensures that data architecture solutions align with organizational requirements.
• Well-designed data pipelines and integration workflows enable efficient data management and enhance the accessibility and usability of data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• By collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large volumes of data, patterns, trends, and correlations can be identified, leading to actionable insights.
• Advanced reporting and dashboards tracking KPIs, and metrics provide real-time visibility into business performance, enabling informed decision making and proactive responses to business challenges.

Communication

• Communicates effectively with team members and maintains good inter functional liaison to ensure smooth implementation of operational activities.
• Communicates applicable regulatory requirements in a timely and clear manner within the division.

Data Visualization and Communication

• Compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations facilitate the understanding of complex data findings by stakeholders at all levels.

Eligibility Criteria?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Data or IT fields.

Experience

• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Senior Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare industry.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.

Certification

• Microsoft Power BI Certified.

Knowledge and Skills Desired

• Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language and the ability to manipulate data and perform calculations in Microsoft Power BI.
• SQL and data querying languages, along with proficiency in working with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Proficiency in utilizing BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
