Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrator at MBRU, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Student Happiness, acting as a central point of contact for events and initiatives related to student admissions, academic support, and student life. Moreover, you will coordinate the MBRU Summer Scholars Programs (MBRU-SSP) by communicating with potential placement centres, scheduling meetings with collaborators, and preparing summary reports for the Dean’s review. In addition, you will schedule meetings for the Chair to present MBRU-SSP to students and manage all logistics for student placements. Furthermore, you will plan and execute the Award Day event as a core team member, coordinate printing of student posters and certificates with vendors, and act as the primary contact on the day of the event.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, communications, or a related field. Additionally, experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role within a university, healthcare, or professional services environment is preferred.
