Bloom Education needs a passionate SEN Teacher to join its Charter Schools in Al Ain starting August 2026. This full time role focuses on supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities. You will help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers, parents, and school leaders. The school follows an American curriculum framework, so experience with this is an advantage. If you hold a BA degree in SEN (Inclusion) and a PGCE with at least two years of postgraduate teaching experience, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities for SEN Teacher Bloom Charter Education Abu Dahbi

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with special educational needs. Adapt the curriculum to meet individual learning goals. Use evidence based strategies to support student progress.
• Assess student needs regularly and update Individual Education Plans. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback. Work with class teachers to differentiate instruction.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals. Share strategies that support learning at home and in school. Attend meetings and review student outcomes.
• Create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment. Promote student wellbeing and safety at all times. Use positive behaviour management techniques.
• Participate in continuing professional development. Stay current with best practices in SEN education. Finally, contribute to the wider school community and support school events.

Qualifications

You need a relevant BA degree in SEN (Inclusion). This is mandatory. A PGCE is also required. A minimum of two years of postgraduate teaching experience is essential. Experience with the American curriculum is an advantage. You must set high standards for yourself and others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A collaborative, flexible, and innovative approach to teaching is also important. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare is non negotiable.
