The role of Sales Support Officer at National Reference Laboratory (Mubadala Health), is responsible for supporting and facilitating the Business Development (BD) and Sales teams’ needs and requirements. This will be done by coordinating and gathering information from different internal and external divisions and parties involved to support in market BD activities in achieving the overall M42’s strategic goals and directions.
Responsibilities of Sales Support Officer
Sales Support
- Assisting the Sales department with a wide range of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless departmental functioning.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly handling client requests and closely collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs on a timely basis.
- Implementing a systematic filing system for financial data, contracts, documents, sales pipeline, client database, and records to ensure a complete history of all data and requests can be traced.
- Ensuring timely execution of sales approvals and memos to expedite processing of requests.
- Efficiently managing and organizing sales-related documentation, contracts, and proposals.
- Collaborating with the sales team to exceed customer expectations and ensure all customer needs are met.
- Continuously improving the sales support process to enhance the overall sales experience for customers.
- Monitoring and maintaining competition information and activities to prepare reports that facilitate decision making.
- Preparing tenders and proposals including pricing, consolidating technical and logistics requirements along with documentation.
- Proactively addressing and resolving potential operations/logistics concerns to prevent disruptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing by meticulously maintaining client pricing data and submitting weekly/monthly reports to the finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Sales Support Officer at Mubadala Health:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Sciences is preferable.
- 0-2 years of progressive career experience.
- Experience in Medical field is desirable.

- Knowledge of key sales and business development processes and current best practices.
- Strong commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferable.
